You must be at least 18 years old to order from this online store. All orders are charged when you click the submit button and are confirmed automatically to the email address you provide on your order. If you do not see an order number on your screen after your order has been placed, your order most likely did not go through. Just drop us a note or call if in doubt.

We accept the following USA issued credit cards- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Delivery to credit cardholder's street address in the USA or to a confirmed alternate address. Important: The billing information you provide must match what your bank or credit card company have on file. Any variance will delay or void your order. Orders may also be verified by telephone. Some orders require a signature for delivery.

PayPal® is also welcomed with delivery to confirmed USA addresses. PayPal® Restriction- If you choose PayPal® as your payment method, note that we can only ship to PayPal® confirmed addresses in the USA... we do not ship to a different address. Sorry, no exceptions because alternate addresses cannot be confirmed. If you would like delivery to an alternate address (an address other than what PayPal® has on file), please use a different form of payment or visit our Etsy store.

Online, email and regular mail orders are accepted. Be sure to include your complete billing and shipping information and a telephone number where you can be reached. We require all orders be in writing to prevent or correct any errors on our part. Note that checks or money orders are only accepted via regular mail.

You will receive an order number if you have successfully placed your order. Orders are then confirmed with an automated response so you will also receive a copy of your order via email to the email address that you provided.

Defects, Mistakes or Errors- All of our decorative gifts are hand cast and hand painted so colors may vary somewhat along with painting boundaries. This is just the nature of handcrafted products. All of our work are guaranteed to be delivered free of defects and as ordered. If we make a mistake, we will do our best to fix the problem and it will be corrected at no charge to you. We will even pay for your return insured regular US Mail shipping if it is determined to be a crafting defect or our mistake. You must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery date if there is a problem. It is very important that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you have made the mistake, you will be responsible for any fees to correct the problem plus shipping fees.

We want you to be happy with our keepsakes so they are returnable for a refund within 15 days of the date shipped . Items must be in new, unaltered condition (no scratches, scuffs, breaks, etc.) and in our original packaging. Items returned in any other condition will not qualify for a refund. Special order items are not returnable and will be indicated in our email correspondence with you. Shipping and packaging charges are not refundable.

Exception: If special pricing has been provided to you, the order is considered a special order and is not returnable.

For your protection, package the item carefully in the original boxes and packing material and insure the package to full value. Items that have been carelessly packed and damaged in transit will incur restocking fees or will be refused. If we do not deliver by a promised date and it is because of an error on our part or one of our manufacturer's, the remedy shall be limited to the reimbursement of the full purchase price of the item ordered (upon our receipt of the item if it has already shipped to you).
